The depth matrix on this thing is impressive and I probably should've posted it originally so here goes:

*The smallest object it can find is the size of a soft ball @ 2-3 feet deep
(depends on how long the object has been buried, it's conductivity "signature", ground conditions wet/dry etc.)
*An object like a chest filled with gold doubloons could be detected at 6-8 feet deep --- again depending on the above.
*An object the size of my small compact car could be detected at between 20-25 feet deep.
