fools gold

is pyrite worth anything? interesting fact when they were digging there very first iguanodon scientist thought its remains were gold but the bone were actually fossilized in pyrite

NJnuggetpirate, are you finding much gold in New Jersey?

I see you are open to suggestions on detectors. Might I suggest either an Minelab Xterra 705 or a At-Pro?

i saw the at pro yea i like that one is it the one that can go under freshwater 10 feet

Yup, it can go underwater to 10' I think that is the best feature.

However some pyrites have gold tied up in them. You have to use chemistry to get it out so only worth doing if you have lots.

you can get a bunch of pyrite at ocean city boardwalk they sell it for kids

whats the cheapest i can find a pro for and is there anyway to modify it to be used on the beach
