Followed My TomTom to Gold Ring #1 for 2009

Hi Folks,

I have been on a dry spell for about a week or more.
been trying to find some relics. Well, I got tired of tha
heavy diggen and all. This morning I decided to use
tha huge data base in my TomTom GPS to try and find
a park that I haven’t been to.

Here we go,

I drove to this one and remembered why I haven’t
hunted there. It has a nice little tot lot, but a friend of
mine was shot to death not far from here and I just
don’t want to be there.

So Here we go again,

This one is a sports complex I had forgot about. I have
hunted here before and don’t really like it here.

Well, this kept up for a while until I happened on a little
park with a tot lot I never knew existed.

Now we’re cookin.

This turned out to be a nice small park in a very nice
neighborhood.

I hunted tha tot lot and found some ear rings. One may
be silver, but is missing a stone. Another looks like silver
also.

One is 10k gold with a red stone and the post is missing.
I also found an ear ring back that is stamped 14k.

Then I found a copper ring. Never seen one quite like it.

Then, outside the tot lot I found a strange ring made out
of black metal. It disk out between a clad penny and a
copper penny.

Has anybody ever seen anything like that?

Then about 15’ from tha tot lot and under a big oak tree,
I found a small 14k gold ring. Big time dance!!!!!!!!!!

TD - Nice haul today - the black ring is most likely hematite - I've had a few. They usually crack if banged against anything substantial. Lots of "touristy" gift shops sell 'em. Congrats on the gold...
