✅ SOLVED Foind this today metal detecting.

A lot of war of 1812 artifacts found here. Found this and don't know what it is. It's the size of a silver dollar maybe a little bigger. There seems to be two pistols crossing each other below the eagle with lettering below that. The eagles head is facing left. There are stars starting at center edge going around to the opposite center edge on top.

That is exactly what it is.Should be stamped brass though,why does it look like tin?

I cleaned it with Lemmon juice. I could barley make anything out.
