Flower Basket Jacksonian Button? SOLVED!

When I dug this button in late March, I thought it may be a Jacksonian button. I never got around to posting it, so here you go. Would it be considered a Jacksonian button? It was dug at our 14-copper site that coughed up my rare CT copper.
