Why is it that most of the time I spend down here (when its light out and not raining) I spend working around the daughter's house? I SAW the ocean (looked a lot like Lake Michigan) and beach a couple of times!! Even had a detector in the trunk... The only MD thing I've gotten out of this trip is that I bought a 2 piece sand scoop. Well, I'll be back in July with my wife, should be a lot of MDing in the local malls, etc. . Oh well, it's off to the woods I guess. Hope its dry.

You talking about Chicago area woods? Not much time left b4 they are all overgrown. Went out to my Seated spot yesterday and it was beginning to get thick, only a few more weeks and woods will be past prime...

Darn, you people are brutal... LOL. I did get to Kellyco when I went to see some friends near Orlando. (Another reason I didn't get to the beach) I picked up a 2 piece sand scoop which of course I haven't yet used. I'll give the woods a try and use mucho DEET. Otherwise I guess it'll be the Chgo parks, places around here, the beach, which looks alot like the ocean btw and whatever else I can find.

Its good to be home.
