First picture looks like Siam Tulip.

They are all perennials but are not cold hardy. We get a few nights in the low 40's even colder but they are all dormant by then. Some are pond flowers and the 1st one is a Ginger bloom.

First one is also called Siam Tulip.. We have about 50 of them, they die in the fall and return in the spring. We have purple, white and pink.

Cats gave up trying to catch the squirrels a long time ago.
