Flintlock lock plate...Any idea what make?

IMG_20170530_214118.jpgIMG_20170530_214053.jpg. Found this lock plate last week and finally got it into the tank to clean it up. Overall it is in decent condition... I am not an expert in these so any input/info will be welcomed​.

The mark at1/ 2 inch from the end in the second picture could be a chunk of something ...or an actual cut.
Anyway ,a "Siler" style lock came to mind because of that. Some other similarities , but I'm not positive.
