I went to a Flea Market today and there was a guy there selling coins and things. He didnt have too much that I was interested in but I found these Medallions/Tokens. I thought they were unique and unusual. I haven't seen any like these so I bought them all for $5.00. They aren't worth much I suppose, but I liked them.

Gold (Ebay-$14.99 http://cgi.ebay.ca/WASHINGTON-BICEN...155688QQihZ005QQcategoryZ139967QQcmdZViewItem)

You paid exactly what you were willing to pay and the seller got what he was willing to sell it for.

Everybody came out a winner.

I think you got a pretty good deal there. I've got to start hitting flea markets and yard sales.

Man I think you got a GREAT deal.........You can make some good finds at some of them flea markets.............

I think they are pretty cool whether they're worth much or not. What flea market...in case I get your way again soon ;)

Thanks everyone ;D

You can't expect to find a million dollar coin from a coin dealer but you can alway's find something unique if you look.

Wes, I bought these at the Sale Barn heading towards Antes Fort. This place is sorta a mix of things. It's a Flea Market/Farmers Market and they also have a live stock barn. They sell everything from Fruits & Vegetables to used books, crafts, clothing ... you name it, they probably sell it there ;D

Congratulations looks like a great find at the flea market. As long as you like the buy then I say you got a great buy. I know I would have found that to be a great buy.

I seem to remember the pennies from 76" I believe they were electro-plated, I got mine at the towns 4th of July parade in plastic. Ed
That's possible, the back of the penny looks like it had sticky stuff (glue?) on it to hold it to a card or something.

Yes, both sides are the same, minor imperfections on the one side but I think those were just errors or from wear.

Here is the first Washington Medal on Ebay.
I made out $10 bucks to the good (at least that's what I tell my hubby LoL If one can sell for 14.99 on Ebay, then this could as well IF I were to sell it ;) )
