Flat button id

Found this flat button about 9 inches deep close to a war of 1812 navy button I’ve been cleaning it but can’t make out the rest of the back mark not sure if it’s a motto or not hopefully someone will recognize it from appears to be plain but has a lot of green before the word stand it appears to say ILL F143AC68-D24C-4A61-936F-B869B8E827B5.jpeg

I found a bunch of buttons from the War of 1812 a number of years back and they had the same back mark. First one with that mark I've seen posted in a while!!
