1 can beer
1 bunch fresh scallions, chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs. soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. ground ginger
1-1/2 - 2 lbs. flank steak
Mix ingredients together. Put Steak into large ziplock and pour in marinade, put in refrigerator overnight. Grill to preferred wellness.
