It's in a big alluvial flood plain, has the fluffy "moon dust" sandy, loamy silty goodness and not much else, found this downstream View attachment 1706210downstream 20 yards awhile ago, might dig some riffles into the hard pan clay, that has been stripped clear to bed rock in spots from the 50+Inches of rain last year,and/or other other "chert traps".... pull the bank into the creek,, then come back after next rain,
