Flag pin with crown and hand....anyone?

Hi everyone, I'm posting this for my buddy au4me. It's sterling, about an inch and a half tall, has traces of enamel or paint (duh). The hand looks like it's got an armored glove on it, like a knight or something. Anyone know what organization this is from

I know its a gauntlet and a pennant but what countries crown is it? France or England.?

Hey Lara I'd be curious to know if there are any marks on the back myself. Neat find AU. Was it found at a school, club, ect...any clues to help with the ID? Hmmmmm

I think all it says on the back is "Sterling", but the man himself should be here somewhere...? It was found in a farm field, where everything else under the sun has been found, too, so doesn't narrow it down much. I posted it along with another find from same location under Today's Finds just now.
