Fitchburg stole my water

As i was riding my bike by the resivoir near my house I noticed that there where lots of small cellar holes along it, but then i saw all the signs that said "city of fitchburg water no tresspassing", I was thinking wait a minute, im in westminster why do these signs say fitchburg? After some research i found out that some idiot got the bright idea to sell all westminsters water to fitchburg along time ago O well, what are they gonna do throw me in jail for tresspassing...I could say im looking for a ring i lost here a few days ago lol.
