"FIT" French Fries

2 lg. sweet potatoes
2 lg. white potatoes
3 T. olive oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. sea salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into wedges or large "french fry" like pieces. Toss in a bowl with oil, chili powder, cumin, garlice and salt. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until tender, turning once while cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional salt if desired.

I may try this just NOT using the sweet potatoes....sounds tasty!!
