Howdy, I started metal detecting in May (unfortunately I was gone almost all of June and didn't detect then) and I decided to post my finds. I wanted to show what I found, but I think the real reason is so that I remember. It's definitely not as much as some people, my main excuse is that I am new, but also for the most part I hunted with a bounty hunter quicksilver which is not the greatest, I upgraded to an ACE 300 as a birthday present from my family... it's an unbelievably great change. There was also a lot of time spent at one site very close to my house... sometimes just too lazy to go anywhere else or there aren't enough hours left in the day to make it worth it to go to a different place. That said, here it is. View attachment 1787354

Here's my best not MD-ing finds, from CRH-ing I found a whole roll of 1967 halves, the merc I just saw in someones cash register at checkout and asked for the one with the funny face, and the rest is money I found on the ground and in vending machines. If you made it this far I'd just like to say thanks for checking out my finds and good luck in 2020.
In 2020 a few of my goals are a seated liberty, large cent, and possibly a finnish coin... there were a lot of finnish immigrants in some parts of NE Ohio. So wish me luck...
