Found my first V nickel yesterday, 1898/9? Pretty roached by the acidic ground around here. Totally worth 3 hours at the park digging cans!

Nearby I found an 1897 masonic token! pretty cool.

Also found 14 keys on a belt clip, I imagine that guy had a horrible day. At least 5 master keys. Time to bust out the bolt cutters.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice coin I always think that when I find keys and I've found tons. Happy new year. Tommy

Very nice!! I’ve been finding a ton of V nickels lately for some reason. If you let it dry completely and then lightly go over it with a Andres pencil brush you might get some better detail and complete date, don’t forget some nose grease to hi light the details!! Good job diggin those mid tones!!!!

Yup, hope they had some spares, or, new locks are in order unless they have the key cutting code. The Mopar trunk key can usually be made once you go through the back seat and release the lock cylinder. I've done that many, many times! :laughing7:

Congrats on the V 5c!!!!!! :icon_thumleft:

Nice finds, congrats! :icon_thumleft: Yes, loosing those keys would make a bad day.

Very nice finds. I like that Masonic medallion.

Nice finds! I feel bad for the person who lost that set of keys.

Love it. I think I only got 3 Vs in all of 2019. Not an easy coin to come by!
