Woooo hooo....nice roger. I found some rolls of wheats on top of my kitchen cabinets....they had been there for many years, and from previous owners.

Better check em out Bart, might be something good :)

From what I can see for dates, nothing looks too valuable, except for maybe that one 1944. If it's steel, it's worth a small fortune! Magnet time! :hello2:

No rare ones in that batch. The 30's and newer don't have much value over $.02 or so, unless they're in particularly nice condition. The value of the earlier ones will depend on what they grade.

Where did you find them Roger?
I use to collect coins 40 plus years ago the ones in this thread are from that time-frame. All are just from pocket change back then.

RTR i think i may be partially responsible for you digging these out after the chat about them in The Random Chat Thread...

and in turn you have now inspired me to go dig out mine... but i must say i have a LOT more to go through.

CudaMark... might need a few looks from you as to help guide.

I know i have a few errors... and a rare error... that i think could even be a new "famous" one due the way the error is... it gave Lincoln a "mohawk". heh

Well... as i have gotten them over the years i always did a "cursory" search before they ended up in the ole cans..,
With that said... unless i missed something... which is totally possible... i know i do not have a huge money one...

Now... i may have the obscure ones... and definitely a few errors.... but we will see.

So far, all the ones I've seen are worth less than $1, and most way less. To get an accurate grade, you pretty much have to have the coin in hand, under a good light, and with a loupe. Both the obverse and reverse condition will have a bearing on the grade and value.
