Got out th,n for a little bit today.I didnt really have a plan so I hit the local park.I left with about thirty pennys, one dime and one nickle.(At least 8 of the pennys were wheats). Not quite satisfied, I stopped at a razed homesite that has been worked to death by myself and others over the years.I worked into the corners and under the shrubs and finally popped out a keeper. There is no script on it .It appears to have been guilded over copper and there are two amythist type stones in it.I have no idea how old this buckle is, or if it is off of a belt or a purse or...?? Any ideas?? From the foundation of the home I would guess that it was built in the late 1800s but I dont know when it came down. Hopefully Ill find some time to get out again before the ground freezes. Thanks for lookin and good luck to you all....JO
