First time CRH, and i hit silver BEGGINERS LUCK

So i decide to try a bit of CRH at some banks... the first time i went out, i went to a local PNC bank, and believe it or not, i only bought $20 worth of halves... lol. i know this is a PETTY amount compared to some people on here. so the first roll i get skunked on, and i really had no expectations for the second, but i crack it open and see a plain edge, i split it and see a FRANKLIN! so im flipping out over how lucky that was, and i look again and see a black patina edge, and ANOTHER FRANKLIN show his face... im going back monday to go see if Mr. Franklin has some brothers... I also asked for Large dollar coins and she had 3 so i took a look and bought only 1, yes i know a dumb move... ESPECIALLY when there was a 1972 there, and i didnt know about the 40% dollar coins... -_- but i will pick him up tomorrow aswell =]]] heres the pics of them:

Nice score! Don't be dissapointed if someone else gets the coins before you!

The first thing of importance to CRH is to buy whatever coin they have whether it be $0.50 or $500(of course depending on how much money you have)... If you don't have enough money, tell them you'll be back to pick them up "tomorrow" and ask them to hold the coins for you. Not only will that save your coins from being "stolen by other CRH'ers," but the tellers may remember to save whatever they get for you.

This is especially important since you got 2 silver franklins from 1 roll. If they have only 1 roll, get it. If they have 50 rolls, get them, 100 rolls... 150 rolls... you get the point.

well, i have $80 im able to spend on the rest and certainly will be out in the morning to pick them up. they are no doubt still there because i got them close to closing time saturday... so i should be able to get some other keepers hopefully, im just so glad my first time was sucessful!

are these customer wrapped rolls(CWR) or are they machine wrapped?(Tightly crimped on the end)?

go back and get the rest. I always buy pretty much all the halves that a bank has. I always ask if they are initialed though, because I always initial my rolls, and many other roll hunters do too. Tellers will almost always let me pick what rolls I want to take

I also like to ask for Dimes at my bank stops. Specifically customer rolled Dimes or plastic Dime rolls..
