First SLQ !!!!!

I was only able to get out for a 30 min. hunt this afternoon. I decided to hunt the road leading up to the farm that I hunted recently and found my first 2-Cent piece. This time the bell rang in as quarter and was repeating loudly.
Another first for me.... 1923 Standing Liberty Quarter!! This is only my second silver coin that I have found. I am going back tomorrow morning to finsh hunting the road.

Very nice! If not for the markings on both sides of the coin, I'd think there was another coin (nickel) left in the hole. The odds that the SLQ was part of a sandwich seem rather long.
