First Silver!!!

Well today I went to a couple of areas and did rather poorly. I was on my way home and called the wife and told her I was going to hit another spot for about an hour or so and I'd be home later. I went by this old house I found abandoned about a month ago, and just went and ran the ace around the yard real quick. I found a total of 10 clad quarters, and then I hit another strong signal and in the same hole were these three silver quarters. The bottom coin is dated 1960 and is a half penny, and any info on it would be appreciated. This was my first silver and I only spent about 30 min total in the yard. Thanks for looking!
