Hey Folks, yet another newbie here. My first real goal for detecting was pretty simple. I wanted to find some silver. Any silver. Just found it.

What next? Silver coin I think.

Yup. In the top pic, there's a little 925 in an oval in the middle. Actually brought it home thinking it was junk as it's very light. Found the mark washing up. Glad I didn't toss it.

Thanks y'all. I looked up the symbol, as it was my first silver and all. Turns out I found "happiness". Sweet! I've been looking for happiness for quite awhile...
