First silver ring today

so the pesky noreaster rolling through today kept me from really testing my new Prizm II on my first weekend free after I purchased it a month ago. Between breaks in the weater I headed out under my deck to swing the coil a bit and found this ring. When I first saw it I was sure it was another tarp grommit (man those sound good, must have dug 15 or more in my yard so far). The stones on it are dark but sparkle nicely but I'm not sure what they are (one is missing)

hopefully this is a good sign for years to come
