Me and my son hit up a nearby park. Its a huge park but the little area I searched turned up my first silver ring! :headbang: I cant wait to go back.

Also the small brass looking tube in the top corner is stamped "ponds extract co. ny made in the usa" from what I researched its a old lipstick tube. Its a pretty cool find but it was at a different park than the one from today.

Nice ring and variety of finds! I like the pattern on that ring. That red heart is nice too!

The three types of finds I've been most surprised at due to their frequency are lipstick tubes, ladies' compacts, and "matchbox"-style toy cars. Quite a nice variety of all of those.

Happy hunting!

Cool ring ! Congrats :icon_thumright:

A little advice- keep doing what you're doing!! ...and get one of those black velvet ring holders and put that ring in it. The empty spaces will motivate you to keep hunting and to fill it up with rings!! Congratulations on your first silver ring! Way to go!

You will never forget that ring or where you found it......nice save! Is that part of a little fishing lure just above the beaded chain?

Thanks guys, I will always remember this one. Yes thats a fishing lure I had one just like it when I was younger.

Sweet!!

All the best,

Lanny
