Maybe: "Our Lady of the Cape, Queen of Canada".
Not a clue about PPN.

That makes more sense! and I was using an online translator. :o

The shrine of Our Lady of the Cape or Notre-Dame-du-Cap is located on the St. Lawrence River in the town of Cap-de-la-Madeleine (Quebec), halfway between Montreal and Quebec City. It is one of Canada’s most visited shrines, since it is dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, Queen of Canada.
Much more of the history of the statue (the imagine on my medallion) is found here:http://www.michaeljournal.org/ndcape.htm

Thanks for the info! I believe the souvenier coin may have been from 1954 when the statue was crowned.
