Yup, found first silver coin of the year and I think its a beauty, No date D-mint standing liberty quarter, Also first Indian head penny of the year too 1883.. Other relics

I believe this is a coin, little bigger then a nickel. Don't think its a flat button.

Congrats on the nice finds. Those SLQs are hard for me to find. Well done.

That “nickel sized” coin has a shank mark on the back, right?
