First Score with new Minelab Quattro!

Got my first Silver with a "new" Minelab Quattro - 1957 Quarter. I'll have to do a formal review of it once I get more time with it. I read some other reviews elsewhere on the net and a lot of good things are being said about it. I like it. However our relationship got off to a rocky start...

Went out Tuesday. Thermometer said 40 but with the wind it felt like 30. That coupled with being underdressed and digging in muck made for an unpleasant day. Found one wheat penny but not a lot. Well yesterday it was 50 with little wind(ideal in my book) and I just took my time and had a good day. Picture is of the two days finds for my son and I. We went to three sites. The skull ring is nothing special but looks kinda cool. Found it at an old Cleveland Highschool. Not sure how old the North Olmsted Bus token is.

Great Going Buckeye!! Like the Bus token , silver and everthing else. My mother had given me some old tokens from Lorain's Trolly that used to run Downtown Broadway along with a dispenser that kept them. They were only about the size of a Dime. Congrats to you HH Art...

Yeah, the Quattro will grow on you. Just keep experimenting and try anything. Eventually you,ll figure it out and things will pop out of ground that you thouhgt was picked out. It took 5 months to get the hang of it but now I am confident.
