First Ring of 08

Thought you folks would like to see my first of hopfully many rings of 08.
Hunting a local picnic grounds for the last three days, for a total 347 coins (all clad )
for a total of $16.86 and one women's 10kt class ring.
approx. 120 pull tabs and lots of can slaw.

This place is an absolute clad park there are spots where I am digging five to ten coins per hole. I think this area has had a multitude of coin searches in the straw for children.

This is about a seven acre lot, it has two sets of horseshoe pits, a grass covered volley ball Court and a concession stand.

No silver yet but I am sure its there, I've only scratched the surface. (Lots more area to search)

Fifteen junk rings
One lunker men's 10kt class ring (returned) he was a happy camper, he lost it one week after purchase in 1974 while living at a logging camp north of me.
One lunker men's 14kt wedding band
Two small women's 925 silver


As for 08 time will tell but its looking good so far

It's 1998 Renton High School
This honey hole isn't more than a mile from my home, and I have it all to myself, (Moahahaha) i think it is going to be a great ring, jewelry and possibly silver producer. I don't think its ever been detected, in most areas I've searched with each swing of my coil I get a minimum of five solid tone's.
