A platinum ring is still on my bucket list, nice hit on the 950 BCM

I'm new to all this would you say parks were a good place to detect ??

Good deal!

Very nice find.

On my bucket list also. For us non-etracers, is this close to nickel, bottle cap, dime??

My last gold ring came in at 12 19 also. It was 14kt.

It sounded like a strong modern pull tab. Beaver tails are slightly higher. Even without the tail. It was still giving me the triple tone you get with close targets ,3" off the ground. That's why I dug this one while passing over hundreds of similar signals.
