Weather was crap so I took my etrac with the Sunray x-8 to an old park. Decided to dig for gold in the trashy area but got this instead. 14 grams.

Anyplace where large groups of people gather is a good place to detect. Also where large groups of people USED to gather. Trick to this game is RESEARCH. Here's a couple of map sites to get you started. It lays old maps/pics over current so you can see what USED to be there. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

It sounded like a strong modern pull tab. Beaver tails are slightly higher. Even without the tail. It was still giving me the triple tone you get with close targets ,3" off the ground. That's why I dug this one while passing over hundreds of similar signals.
