first of 2016- Rescued a shoe buckle,staff Officer cuff

Went out for a few hours the last two evenings.dug this shoe buckle that is on its last limb,rough staff officer cuff,couple overall buttons,two underwear buttons,some flat buttons and some odds and ends.not sure about the eagle button with the iron back,I am guessing Late 19th century or early 20th overall button?hoping someone can tell me about it. This one I don't know about either,it says house hold?

Thanks, it is in rough shape.found it in a old trash heap next to a old place.I want to get into some sifting too but I will have to get the Ok first.
