Well I dont generally post when I find stuff, unless it's a really nice box, but I was doing some dimes today (which I am new at) and found a 64 Rosie, which is great, but then near the end I found a crisp 1945 Merc! I was so surprised I didn't even realize what it was at first - I will post a pic a bit later but in the middle of fantasy football draft online and cant switch to the email I sent the pic to... :P

And here's the magnet update - I have taken to always cleaning off the magnets when I dump - usually 2 per bank, and boy I sure wish Id been doing that since I started CRH - I posted my foreign valuable coin totals somewhere else, so I wont do that here (though I will be adding to my sig) but just the two I did today yielded:

$2.16 Canadian
3 Honduran coins
1 Euro Penny
1 English Penny
1 $2 Peso coin
.25 Cayman Islands - first Ive ever seen from Caymans

Being as it's impossible to cash in foreign coins without getting robbed by the moneychangers, I am working on a charitable thing where we will get almost full value for the foreign (GBP, CAD, EUR) and the profits will all be donated to an animal rescue group - if anyone out there has a load of foreign and would like to donate them to help, feel free to contact me, but Ill make a post about it at some point.

:coffee2:

nice 45 :icon_thumright: What is the pedestal thing it is on?

Lol no thats the underside of one of those plastic 42oz cans that coffee comes in - I drink a lot of coffee so I have a ton of them, theyre convenient to store coins in, and I use the lids when I sort dimes so they dont scatter all over the place - just happens to look like a pedestal :)
