If you want more details on my thoughts of the Apex I posted in the Garrett sub forum here with more of a review. Just wanted to post my finds here. I was happy to pull 2 more silvers from my local pounded 1800s park. Thanks for looking!

Watch live digs here!

Wahooo and good for you! We’re they any deeper, than you’re accustomed to, or in trashy areas?

Thanks! The quarter was very shallow like 2 inches. In a trashy area next to sidewalk which I assume is why it was missed. Dime was about 8 inches down which is common at this park.

Nice job with the video and comparison and Congrats for the finds!

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice job, congrats! :occasion14:

Excellent video! My Apex arrived in the middle of a heavy rain storm, so I've only got a couple of hours clocked on it. I always use parks to test new machines and / or new settings on an existing machine. IMHO, the Apex performed quite well in a non-ferrous trash filled park. I found a handful of clad coins, and found that TID's were stable, even when coins were surrounded by trash. No, the Apex will not replace my Equinox or Deus, but it does appear to be solid enough where I would be comfortable recommending this metal detector to a beginner or advanced beginner. I'm wondering; what are your thoughts on the hybrid audio? After two hours I could almost swear that there was just enough nuance in the audio response that I could distinguish a coin from a junk target. Again, excellent work on the video!

Real nice finds, and coming from any park in Omaha, if thats where you are at, make sit more worthwhile. Even though the parks have been hit here dozens of times, every once and while finds come up and in the least likely places. Good post !

Congrats on the cool finds. Looks like the Apex is going to be a winner.

Nice job on the silvers.

Thanks! I did not really find that nuance yet but I may need more time on Apex. I plan to do a lot more testing so I will report back later.

Thanks! Yes I am in Omaha and have been hunting these parks myself for years and I know many others have been as well. I often see one or two other detectorists when I am out hunting. It is getting very hard to find silver here but very satisfying when you do!
Congrats on the cool finds. Looks like the Apex is going to be a winner.
Thanks!
Nice job on the silvers.
Thanks! HH!
