First hunt of the year with Merf-- 2 indians, silver, Awesome Chicago dog tag

Got out to an old campground/beach in the woods and had some good luck for the first hunt of the year. I had the F75 ltd set up in 4 tone, 87 sens, and 6 or 0 disc depending on the trash. I ended up with 4 wheats, an 1893 Mexican 1 centavo coin, 2 indians (1902 and 1883), a 1923 Chicago dog tag, and a clutch-back for a pin that is sterling silver.

Nice finds. Do you think it's a clip, or PMD (post mint damage) on the one IHC?

Looks post-mint. Not sure how it was bent, almost looks like it was shot, but there is no damage to the coin other than the actual bend.
