Hello all,,,
Well, it's a new year, and the count starts over for me. Chalk up (1) keeper so-far. It's a 1946/D Wheatie...
I kept my Wheat list up to date until about September last year. I ended up with a total of (48) listed on my site with probably another (15-20) that I never got around to listing. I'll see if I can't make it all the way to the end of this year... :)

Also, found the usual junk items. A few blank cartridges, a small brass lock plate, and $o.14 cents in clad, which I'm going to try to keep track of this year as well...

First hunt of the new year was about (2) hours at the cache site. Not too bad of a start, at least I was able to get one keeper. We'll call the first one for the year a success...

I hope you all had a great Holiday season. Now lets go and get' em this year!!!
Good luck to all, & Happy hunting~

THATS A VERY NICE ( 1946 D) , JUST REMEBER ANY KIND OF FINDS ARE GOOD FINDS . BECAUSE YOU WERE ABLE TO GET OUT AND HUNT. KEEP FINDING THE GOOD STUFF, AND HAVE FUN DOING IT..... 8)

Very good Leon. So far this year (God, it's 2007 already) is $2.60 in clad is all I have and then my 2500 went sour on me. Digging out another detector and going back though. Still using the pinpointer you so graciously donated to me. Did you ever get one for yourself? Monty

Nope Monty,, I have no need for a pin pointer... My Cz pin points pretty well, although I have scratched a few coins giving off a funny signal due to being on edge, or something... I'd probably just loose it... lol Glad to hear it is still working ok for you and sorry to hear about the 2500. Isn't that the one you just got awhile back, or was that a different one...

Also,, thanks to all the rest of you for the great replies...
detectoraddict,,, sorry to hear about the cold weather. I hate to say it, but you can have it all... ;D
It's been un-seasonably warm hear lately. No snow yet, and the little one insisted on a snowboard for Xmas... lol
I hope he gets to use it at least once...

Thanks again all,,,
Have a great day, Leon

Nice finds Leon.

It's nice to start the year off fresh again.
