My first hunt here in Arizona. Four Mercury dimes, 6 Wheat pennies, and a very heavy old sterling silver men's bracelet. The bracelet was found after I dug a Wheat penny and still had something deeper in the hole. Very happy with this find. One of the heaviest silver finds I have ever dug. Beautiful weather out here. Much nicer than Pa. IMG_0005.JPGIMG_0004.JPGIMG_0003.JPG

Very Nice!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

You guys out west and down south are going to have to carry the rest of us through winter. We're just about to get froze out or snowed in! Detecting will soon be just a memory up north. Gary

We just got here on Nov 23rd and it looks like it has gotten pretty cold in Pa. This next week is highs in the 70's.

Wow, those sure cleaned up nice. Must be some real mild ground, or, you have a cleaning method we would all like to know! :laughing7:

The ground here is extremely hard on silver coins. They come out of the ground with a grey crust on them them that is really hard to get off. I find lemon juice and a brush usually cuts the crust. I should post before and after pics so you can see just how bad they looked.

Some really shiny silver there!
First hunt of the winter has a very strange sound for us who are beginning to see the snow fly...
