I have done a few hunts but none were worth posting until now. I got out for a couple of ours to my favorite iron infested spot where I usually find something good or nothing at all. Today was my lucky day due to the extra effort I put with the Equinox running 50 tones. I started off with a wheat penny followed by a buffalo nickel plus the usual 2+ pounds of garbage. I spent about 5 hrs trying to decipher the coin signals in between all the iron, lead, nails, etc. My efforts paid off and I ended up with my first Half 1963 D Franklin, a 1882 shield nickel, 1891 V nickel, a 1929 buffalo nickel and a 1940 Jefferson nickel. Also two silver quarters, a 1919 S Merc and two 1946 wheats. Thanks for looking and HH
