First gold with the ACE 350!!

Although It was actually my son's find from my back yard! It's a 10k gold class ring from 1965, found about four inches down! The look on his face was priceless!

That's sweet! Nice find. When I was 14 yrs old, I got my first metal detector. My neighbor lost his class ring in a wooded area and paid me to find it. I did find it and it was gold. He gave me $25 for finding it. That was over 30 yrs ago. I still remember that first gold find.
