My first dive of 2024 is in the book. All my equipment worked very good no problems; the only problem was me leaving the pinpointer in the boat. visibility was under 2 feet and almost zero when I started digging so you really need one. water was between 67-70f, very comfortable. In the first 10 minutes I found a silver quarter then almost immediately I landed the ring. There were 7 coins and sinkers, I wasn't sure what they were until I was back in the boat, all were 40's & 50'S dates and one sinker turned out to be a three-ring slug. I'm packed and going back in the water in about 90 minutes, hope I get more to write about
