I did all my hunting this month at a local lake, I believe I found more jewelry this month than all of last year :) I'm not a jewelry kind of guy, but the opportunity was literally in my back yard. I've never dug so much crap in my life, I usually cherry pick for older coins so I have developed a healthy respect for beach and lake hunters, they must have the patience of Job.

You did fantastic!

That's a whole bunch of finds!

Awesome haul. Noticed on your profile that you’re a letter carrier and do you ever get any leads n places to hunt? I was a letter carrier for 7 years in a small town south of Ft Worth and my route was in the older part of town. I got permission from quite a few homeowners to hunt their yards. Needless to say that I did get to hunt some very old houses and found a lot of coins and relics.

Thank you. I just moved to Texas couple of months ago, one week after starting a new route, I twisted my ankle and broke the end of the bone off. My plan was to let people get familiar with me before I began knocking on doors. When I was carrying in New Mexico, it was very easy to get permission from people while I was in my uniform. I should be back on the street here in a few weeks, I'll begin door-knocking at that time.

Awesome! Congrats!

That's a lot of rings. Love that half. Congrats!

Nicely done. Wow! That's a great haul. Gotta love when a solid spot like that is spitting distance. Keep up the good work!
