Hi all... I've been cooped up most of the winter but have been enjoying your finds very much.
Finally got out on Sunday for a beautiful day hunting. I went to my trusty Rev War site to metal detect. I'd never found a decent Indian artifact there, but lo and behold, while I'm down digging something (probably a can tab ), I see the corner of a point looking up at me from between some pebbles.
After a bit of research I think it's a late Archaic/early Woodland Orient Fishtail or Susquehanna Broadpoint type. It's no beauty by the standards here but I like it!
Looking forward to a fun year...
