First ever silver! Sterling silver ring

Found my first ever silver last weekend. Sterling silver ring with dolphins on it. Very happy to say the least!

I'm jealous. Found the same exact ring...... though it turns out they make two types. One .925 and one stainless. The stainless version barely has the word stainless etched in it. Fromm the pictures I've seen including your ring, the .925 markings are readily seen.

I think that is why I at first thought it was junk jewelry and just tossed it into my finds box. I've seen those stainless steel types before. Then just today, I used jewelry cleaner on mine and took a loupe to it. Talk about a pleasant surprise.
