I am stoked! Went back to the old tree site today found 1798 Draped Bust large cent, two silver barber dimes, a buckle, large flat button, in a small button which what might have an animal figure on it.

This is the first Draped Bust large cent that I've ever found looks pretty good I will clean it and post pictures tomorrow meanwhile enjoy the photos.

Great hunt DD! That's a nice shoe buckle piece as well. I love everything about shoe buckles

Wow that's a beaut! Nice day! I'm tired of my LC's looking like they got soaked in battery acid for a decade. Can't get a DB either, although got my closest last week with an 1818. Love the buckle too!

Oh forgot to ask whether you used the ATP or the XP? I have the same two machines.

Awesome finds!, can't go wrong with draped busts, barbers, buckles!!!

Great hunt!

Your large cent is a 1798, Style 2 hair, Sheldon-166 (common). Please let us know if you clean it off and find out that my guess is right.;)

(It's the huge die crack on the back that tipped me off).

XP DUES, only had under two hours to hunt after work. I'll get out this weekend with both machines when I have more time. Curious to see how the AT Pro works at the site.

Thank you I don't know anything about buckles how old do you think it is?

Well you've dug 2 things that I am still looking for: a nice buckle and anything Barber. That hunt would have made my day. Congrats to you.
