First day with the new 705, His and hers watches, and silver?

Today was the first serious hunt for me with my new Minelab 705. I am upgrading from the ACE 250.

I still have ALOT to learn about this machine, so far I like it. Today was about 3 hours and I dug everything. Lots of rusty cans, sheet metal, etc. I want to learn what the machine is telling me so I guess that I have to dig.

Among the crap I was able to cull out a few keepers. The first is some kind of (Silver?) ornimental piece. Very delecate and brittle. I dont see any marks of any kind on it.
The womans watch is pretty neat. So small......... The indian was not found today.
The pocket watch was a neat find and the second one in two weeks.
A nice dandy button missing the back shank rounds up the best of the best.

Give it time as you probably well know. Your finds from that field in the past have been nice. Hope you will pull some more neat stuff in the future

The little silver piece has been super glued back together so I can display it. No idea what it is but I like it.

I found some patent dates inside the pocket watch and it seems that the parts were made on a machine patented in the 1930's.

Hopefully giving it another try tomorrow........
