First day of the Season nets me my first ring

Went to a small 19th c. park in dt albany for the first day of the new season. The ground here is still hard from winter but its breaking up so you can just get under the layer about 5 inches down. The ring was only two inches down and looks to be 14k gold filled with an opal and a few small diamonds (some are missing), but I'm not complaining as its my first. I found a cache of weird bolts, 25 of them , if anyone knows what they were used for please let me know. None of the coins are old but I had a great time and I'm sore from it too!​
