I found my first Coinstar silver coin this week, a 1948 Roosevelt Dime. This matches my entire 2022 silver Coinstar finds so hopefully this is a good sign that 2023 will be more productive. Other finds were two foreign coins, one from Mexico and the other a half penny from England, plus a Canadian dime.

Nice finds! I haven't been finding as much so far this year compared to last, so we'll see.
Coinstar silver finds have been going down steadily the last few years from a high of 20 to last year's total of ONE.

Thank You.....
I hadn’t thought of this angle. Saw your post. I went to store today and had beginner’s 🍀 luck. I felt like a lottery winner LOL. Funny what a well worn dime can do to a T-hunter. I don’t imagine I’ll find them this easy in the future, but will look in the reject tray every time I’m there. Thanks again.

Congrats on your silver dime from Coinstar. Just like in detecting they're getting harder to come by and are a nice surprise when you get one.
