First coins for 2015

I got out for a few min last night, basically just to test the ground and make sure the old ATPro is working. Dug a few junk targets for fun.

Today I had 2 hours to wander the golf course, dug a bunch of old bullets, pull tabs and other junk. I also found 4 coins- 1940+1943 canadian pennies, a 1926 wheat, and a 1995 Jefferson nickel. Not much, but it was good to finally get out there!

My new XP Deus should be here this week, so I should be digging Morgans and gold coins like crazy soon. Haha, more like bumble around and try to figure out how to work the new machine. Hopefully it will re energize a few of my really good yet iron infested sites.

We have a lot of thawed areas, snow is almost gone. Supposed to snow more this week, but the temps will be warm, +6 etc.

It felt GOOD to get my hands in that dirt!! Hopefully you'll be able to get out soon!

Good luck with your Deus. I just got a new Deus myself and I am enjoying it. It is a great machine in the iron for sure.
