First Barber Dime

Finally dug my first Barber dime last week, a 1912 in very fine condition. Was great to get one after all the silver Rosies & Mercs. Also dug my first Standing Liberty Quarter about 2 months ago. Sorry no picures, as I dont own one of those digital cameras. Ron

Where ya hunting?

The barbers are not all that uncommon in Illinois if you hit the TOO's when you find them. The commonly hunted parks may be hard to hunt, but I find barber and IH coins at almost every sidewalk/roadway construction area I hunt. Seated libs are the challenge and when you find them easily, you will be in the right place!
