First barber and its a quarter!

Went out after work tonight and hit a field I've been trying. After not hearing any good signals I got fed up and went over by a tree. The tree couldn't be that old though. I heard a definite high tone as I was going real slow on my at pro and it was definitely a signal I'd dig. Got down and there was a root at about 6 inches and the propointer said it was underneath this root. I stuck my hand under, felt a coin, and pulled it out in the clod. I could tell by the little bit showing that it was a barber. Didn't do anything further, put it in my coat pocket and hurried home. When I stuck it in a bowl of hot water the date showed 1898! I'm pumped
