Went with my brother today to an older baseball diamond/kiddie park. Started scanning the outfield when I got a really nice hit at about 2.5 inches. Dug the target and wow, 1864 2 cent piece. Really nice shape, i will try to get a picture up soon.

Congrats to you :hello2: A two cent piece was the first 'old' coin I ever found - and it too was a 1864 :thumbsup: Welcome to the club & for putting in your two cents :laughing7: Let's see some pictures of that bad boy.

P.S. - The small banner variety 1864 is worth a nice chunk of change. I'd have someone check it out to make sure :sign13:

Workin on it......not as easy as i thought.....i used to be able to do this stuff easily
